UPCOMING: Dine + Dash, July 30 in downtown Rochester, MI

*Disclosure: this is a sponsored post. The opinions expressed here, however, are my own.

If you read my Friday Five posts, you know by now that I'm a major "foodie" - by that, I mean that I love eating out and also love cooking new dishes. So I'm excited to be attending Dine + Dash in Rochester, MI this month, which is hosted by Detroit Foodie Tours.

I've done similar tours before but hosted by different companies. Usually on these tours, you have a lanyard and you get to hit up multiple restaurants, usually in a downtown area, and try small bites and drinks at each. It's a great way to try a ton of restaurants in a short amount of time, too.

Dine + Dash will be hosted in downtown Rochester, MI, on Tuesday, July 30th, from 5:30pm-9:30pm.

Best of all: tickets are normally $40-50, but they are having a BOGO sale until tomorrow (Thursday, July 18th)! If you buy 2+ tickets, each ticket is only $20 before fees. Click here to check out the sale.

About the tour:
Enjoy the sights, bites and flavors of Downtown Rochester as Detroit Foodie Tour’s DINE + DASH takes you to the city’s most popular, not-so-known restaurants, eateries and food/beverage boutiques!

Chefs will be creating themed small plate dishes with imaginative, fresh recipes. Enjoy delectable samples of cuisine complimented by thoughtfully selected pairings of craft beer or wine.

Participating restaurants:
  • Grand Traverse Pie Co.
  • Bigalora
  • Sanders
  • Fieldstone Winery & Hard Cider
  • Rochester Mills Beer Co.
  • D'Marcos Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar
  • Mezza Mediterranean Grille
  • Sweet Island Yogurt
  • O'Connor's Public House

  • Cose di Lusso
  • Olive Vinegar
  • Dino's Cookie Dough Bar
  • Georgios Pizza and Pasta
  • Rochester Bistro
  • Paul's on Main Street
  • Bar Louie
  • Cupcake Station
I'm not super familiar with downtown Rochester—I primarily go there to visit Rochester Brunch House—so I'm excited to try some of these places out.

{also ... a cookie dough bar?! That sounds amazing!}

You can purchase tickets for Dine + Dash here.

Have you ever been to a "strolling" food event? If so, how was your experience?
